Job description
Advanced Neurobehavioral Services (ANBS) is BCBA owned and operated. We pride ourselves on having the best employees in Kansas City.
ANBS is the premiere clinic in Kansas City with BCBAs that are highly trained, licensed, and certified to work with traumatic, acquired, and congenital brain disorders. ANBS also specializes in autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, cognitive disabilities, and numerous other diagnoses.
We work a hybrid work setting with partial work in person and partial telehealth services. Our in person work is located in Kansas City Missouri and surrounding areas.

ANBS has experience working with some of the most interesting and challenging cases in our field. We have provided expert witness testimony in brain injury cases including assessment, therapeutic recommendations, and testimony for individuals entering the criminal justice system. We provide input on deficits, undeveloped skills, and underdeveloped functioning for individuals facing criminal justice sentencing post-conviction.
ANBS provides training and mentoring for individuals in the medical and therapy fields of practice. We have presented case studies and practice protocol training at professional conferences.
Job duties: Conducting observations, conducting indirect assessments, conducting records reviews, and compiling ABC data. Writing FBAs , BSPs, and Crisis Safety Plans. Conducting training with parents, staff, and caregivers. Modifying plans as needed, overseeing data collection for the individual, summarizing progress, vocalizing concerns about individuals, and working with our amazing team.

ANBS provides:
- A unique data collection system that is a uniform electronic system that utilizes a link and or QR code for data collection. This system was created specifically for our clinicians by our director.
- A uniform session checklist
Each BCBA has administrative support that works with them directly and compiles completed:
- Report entries
- Report reviews
- Submittal of reports
- Client files
- FBAs
- BSPs
Administrative support ensures employees have needed documents in their personnel file, tracks weekly individual client hours, and provides reminders for employee license renewals. Anything the BCBA needs help with ANBS attempts to provide.
